About this event
Impact North Shore hosts an instructor-led conversation group for newcomers to practise English in a casual, welcoming setting. Participants join small-group discussions, meet community volunteers and hear from guest speakers. The group is for intermediate learners at LINC level 4 or higher.
Sessions run online and in person on Mondays and Wednesdays, October 5–28, from 1 to 2:30 pm. Seats are limited; only shortlisted eligible clients are invited. Register through Impact North Shore or contact informallanguage@impactnorthshore.ca for details.
The eight-session programme is government-funded and free. Participation requires registration as an Impact North Shore client. All newcomers and immigrants may apply; permanent residents, protected persons and Convention refugees have priority.
