Merry Monday Mornings: Kits Beach + Coffee

About this event

Merry Monday Mornings is a Monday morning ocean dip and coffee gathering at Kits Beach. Participants can dip, swim, stand in the water for a few seconds, or simply join for coffee and community. All levels are welcome. The gathering is for young professionals, adventurers and anyone young at heart, as well as early risers, cold-water swimmers, movement lovers, creatives and professionals.

Sessions run from 7:30 to 8 am on Mondays, November 2 through December 21, 2026. Meet between the bathrooms and the ocean. Bring a towel and warm layers, and come with respectful energy. Hosted by Clear Fitness and Yoga, this is a standalone community gathering for Kitsilano locals. Attendance is free.
