Resonance at the Red Barn: Community Sound Sessions

About this event

This community sound bath at The Red Barn is guided by crystal singing bowls, chimes and other instruments. Participants are invited to listen to the full soundscape and use sound as an anchor for presence. No experience is necessary, and participants may choose the position that feels best for their body.

The session takes place October 19 from 7:00 to 8:15 pm at The Red Barn in Delta. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow and bolster, or a second pillow to support your knees; an eye pillow or eye mask is optional. As participants will rest on the floor for more than an hour and the concrete floor can be cold, dress warmly and bring whatever is needed for comfort. Seated or chair participation is also welcome. The organizer-linked ticket page asks guests to arrive 15 minutes early; doors close at 7 p.m. sharp and late arrivals cannot enter. Select the October 19 option when registering.

Free parking is available. If cost is a barrier, contact the organizer about a subsidized ticket. Refund requests are accepted until two days before the event. Becca Binsted presents the session.
