Shandalin O’Mahony, a nurse practitioner and owner of SHAN Esthetics, will discuss aging well through every season of life. She will cover changes in skin through a person’s 20s and 30s, changing needs at different life stages, and how skin, wellness and confidence can shift over time. O’Mahony will also talk about ways women can support themselves through those changes. She has years of experience in medical aesthetics.
This session is Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11 to 11:30 am at Chilliwack Heritage Park. A Sunday, November 1 session from 2 to 2:30 pm is also listed for this topic.
