About this event

Explore Canyon Frights, a family-friendly Halloween rainforest with spooky lights, playful scares, graveyards, pumpkins, glowing mycelium and giant spiders. Look for owls at Treetops Adventure, glowing mushrooms by the pond, creepy crawlies and skeleton scenes. The suspension bridge, river and forest glow with Halloween lights; the Cliffwalk gardens have Bruno Mars-inspired funky décor and skeletons.

Visit Critter’s Hollow to learn about bats or follow the all-ages Frightful Forest Scavenger Hunt. Live music plays at Loggers’ Grill Plaza on the hour from 3:30–7:30 p.m. The Cliff House has a limited seasonal menu: Midnight Mule, Peek-A-Boo-Tini and Dracula’s Bite Hot Chocolate, plus Harvest Moon Soup, Foragers Ravioli and Pumpkin Crème Brûlée.

October 9–November 1, daily 10 a.m.–8 p.m.; October 23–25 and October 30–November 1 close at 9 p.m. Guests may remain in the park for an hour after closing. Halloween activities are included with admission or an annual pass. Online admission, plus GST: adults 18–64 $76.95; seniors 65+ $71.95; students 18+ with ID $65.95; youth 13–17 $49.95; children 6–12 $29.95; ages 0–5 free, with their tickets issued on arrival.

Book timed entry ahead. BC annual passholders must reserve online before visiting; reservations are limited, with 30-minute arrival windows during peak event times. Arrive early and consider the free downtown shuttle on busy nights; parking is limited.

Costumes must be child-friendly and non-offensive, and cannot be obstructive or violent. No masks, sharp or pointed objects, weapons or items resembling real weapons. Entry may be refused unless an unsuitable costume can be modified. Children under 15 must be accompanied by someone 18 or older. The suspension bridge, Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk are not wheelchair accessible; wheelchair users receive complimentary park admission.

Window admission differs: adults $79.95 and seniors $73.95, plus GST. Twilight admission discounts end October 8 and do not apply to Canyon Frights. Purchase through capbridge.com or its authorized partners; tickets are not for resale and purchases through unauthorized sellers may be invalid or denied entry.
