The New West Chamber is hosting a free webinar about leading and motivating a small business team. The session examines common leadership blind spots and how they can affect team motivation, performance and communication. Participants will also explore the issues that matter most to the people in the room.
It is intended for small business owners and managers who lead a team, including those in retail, hospitality, personal services and other customer-facing businesses, as well as B2B. Chat and quick polls will run throughout the interactive session.
