About this event
This small, facilitated Family Constellations workshop explores recurring difficulties in relationships, family life, or work, including patterns that may relate to unresolved events and relationships within family systems. Andrea facilitates each constellation, drawing attention to the relationships and dynamics that emerge. Teaching, reflection, and questions arise throughout the process. The workshop may interest people who repeat painful relationship patterns, feel burdened by family dynamics or responsibilities, feel disconnected from themselves or others, or want to understand the roots of a personal struggle and how family history may affect life today. No previous experience is necessary.
On each date, four participants may set up a constellation around a personal issue or recurring pattern. The “Set Up Your Own Constellation” ticket is for exploring a personal issue with Andrea’s guidance, with only four spaces available per date. The “Participant — Represent or Witness” ticket is for those who do not plan to set up their own constellation; they may represent in another participant’s constellation or simply witness without representing or sharing their story. Representing is always optional, and both tickets include the full circle.
