About this event
Presented by Anvil Theatre, this Out of the Forest Theatre production revisits the 1892 deaths of Andrew and Abby Borden and the story of their daughter Lizzie, who was tried and acquitted. Bluegrass music, murder ballads, gallows humour and vaudevillian horror offer a fresh interpretation of the notorious case. The award-winning UK ensemble uses forgotten or misremembered history and folk music to examine the present.
The performance is on October 17, 2026, from 7:30–9:30 pm. Tickets range from $38–$51, including taxes and service charges. It is part of the 2026/2027 Anvil Theatre Presents series.
