Sound Healing - Fall Special

About this event

This sound healing session centres on the full moon and honouring ancestors. Participants lie comfortably on their backs in Savasana and receive the vibrations of gongs, singing bowls, drums, chimes and other instruments. The session includes guided meditation and breathwork. Before each session, the space is cleansed and blessed with intention; the source of power and wisdom and spirit guides are invited into the space. Each experience is different, and there is nothing participants need to achieve: simply lie down, breathe, listen and receive. No experience is necessary.
