About this event
From 6 to 6:30 pm, participants will work with coaches to explore the gym’s obstacles and receive technique tips. At 6:30 pm, the group heads out for an easy 30-minute run around the neighbourhood.
The session is designed for runners of all experience levels, with a relaxed pace. Bring clean indoor shoes for the ninja component and outdoor running shoes for the run. The route includes road, gravel and light trail.
