Saturday Night Halloween Boat Party Vancouver 2026

About this event

The boat party runs from 9 pm on October 31 to 1 am on November 1, 2026, aboard the Burrard Queen. The boat has a heated indoor dance floor and an open-air rooftop for fresh air, photos and nighttime views of Vancouver’s waterfront and downtown skyline. DJs EM1 and Liftoff play hip hop, Top 40, reggaeton, Afrobeats, dancehall, throwbacks, EDM, club hits and Halloween anthems; guests can request a song at the DJ booth. A licensed onboard bar serves drinks to guests aged 19 and older. An event photographer will be present; tell the photographer during the event if you do not wish to be photographed.

The boarding location is Plaza of Nations, DOCK A (https://maps.app.goo.gl/9Kn5pYHx1daLry3n6)-). Boarding starts at 9 pm and the boat departs at 9:30 pm. The sailing route and views depend on weather, marine conditions and the captain’s discretion. A Halloween costume and government-issued photo ID are required. The ticket purchaser must be present with a valid ticket at boarding, and accompanying guests must arrive together. Anyone who appears intoxicated will be refused entry. Illegal substances are prohibited; security conducts routine boarding checks, and violations result in denied boarding without a refund. Please arrive on time.

Regular admission is listed at CAD 85.00 plus a CAD 6.86 ticket fee. Prices may increase as Halloween approaches, and capacity is limited. Advance ticket purchase is strongly recommended; ticket sales at the dock are not guaranteed. All sales are final, and tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. No refund or credit is provided for failure to attend, denied entry or personal circumstances. If unforeseen circumstances cause a cancellation, the organizer may choose to reschedule or issue credit for a future event. If the captain considers sailing unsafe because of weather, mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the event may continue while the boat remains docked, with no refund. Events beyond the organizer’s control may cause cancellation, delay or changes; ticket holders will be notified by email if the event changes.

By purchasing a ticket, guests agree to participate voluntarily, assume the associated risks and follow the event terms. Participants are responsible for their own safety and belongings. The organizer and its affiliates disclaim liability for claims, losses, damage to personal belongings or injuries, and ticket holders agree to indemnify and release the associated parties. Guests must behave respectfully, follow staff and security instructions, and may be removed for inappropriate or unsafe behaviour without a refund.
