Halloween Cruise Vancouver 2026 | Costume Party On The Water

About this event

This Halloween cruise runs Saturday, October 31, 2026. Boarding begins at 9 pm, the boat departs at 9:30 pm, returns to the dock at 12:30 am on November 1, and the event ends at 1 am. Board the Burrard Queen at Dock A at the Plaza of Nations. The cruise features live DJs, dancing, a heated indoor deck and an open-air rooftop with city views. A licensed bar is available for guests 19+, with drinks for purchase. DJs EM1 and Liftoff play hip hop, Top 40, reggaeton, Afrobeats, dancehall, throwbacks, EDM, club hits and Halloween anthems; song requests are welcome. A professional photographer will be onboard.

Depending on sailing and marine conditions, views may include False Creek, the downtown Vancouver skyline and the illuminated waterfront. The captain determines the route and views. Guests must be 19 or older, wear a Halloween costume and present government-issued photo ID. Tickets are limited and prices may increase closer to the event. If advance sales sell out, no tickets will be available at the dock. All ticket sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges.

By purchasing a ticket, guests voluntarily agree to participate and assume the associated risks. The ticket purchaser must be present at boarding with a valid ticket, and accompanying guests must arrive together. Anyone who appears intoxicated will be denied entry. The organizers have a zero-tolerance policy for illegal substances and conduct routine boarding checks; anyone found possessing or engaging in activities involving illegal substances will be refused boarding, the substances will be confiscated, and no refund will be issued. Guests must behave respectfully and responsibly and follow staff and security instructions. People displaying inappropriate or unsafe behaviour may be removed without a refund. Guests are responsible for their own safety and belongings; the organizer and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents disclaim liability for claims, losses, damage to belongings or injuries during the event. Vancouver Boat Parties and the Burrard Queen are not responsible for personal items left unattended or forgotten on the vessel.

Oceanic Entertainment Inc. is not liable for cancellations, delays or changes caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters and government restrictions. If the captain considers it unsafe to sail because of weather, mechanical issues or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer and crew may continue the event while the boat remains docked; no refund will be provided. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Oceanic Entertainment Inc. may reschedule it or issue credit for a future event at its sole discretion. Its decisions are final. Ticket holders will be notified by email of event changes. Ticket holders agree to indemnify, defend and hold Oceanic Entertainment Inc. and its related parties harmless from event-related claims, losses, damages or liabilities.

Photographs taken during the event may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. Guests who do not wish to be photographed must tell the event photographer during the event. The captain may lower or pause music while the boat is within city limits during embarkation and re-docking to comply with city noise regulations. Tickets are CAD 85.00 plus a CAD 6.86 ticket fee.
