Squamish Mamquam Parkrun
This free, community-led 5 km event welcomes runners, joggers, walkers and volunteers of all ages and abilities. Its flat gravel double loop passes through the Mamquam Spawning Channels, with mountain views and a chance to explore a local salmon habitat.

About this event
The event takes place on October 31, 2026, at 9 am at Mamquam Spawning Trails. This free, community-led 5 km event is open to runners, joggers, walkers and volunteers of all ages and abilities. The flat gravel double loop follows the Mamquam Spawning Channels, with mountain views and a chance to explore one of Squamish’s important salmon habitats.
Register once for a barcode at parkrun.ca and bring it to receive an official timed result. The event runs year-round, every Saturday at 9 am. Participants often gather at Cloudburst Café afterwards for coffee and conversation. Visitors are asked to park at Canadian Tire rather than at the start area or golf course parking.
