About this event
FOCUS is a seven-session group for youth exploring mental health and resilience, emotions, coping strategies, stress management, self-care and healthy relationships through interactive activities and discussions. The programme offers a safe, welcoming setting to build practical skills for well-being.
The series runs Wednesdays, October 7–November 25, 2026, 5:45–7 pm, with no session November 11. The October 21 session runs 5:45–7 pm. The course costs CAD 35 for the full series; taxes are waived.
