Coming Home To Peace

About this event

Farhad Khan and Nirinjan Kaur present an evening of guided meditation and calming breathwork, followed by a sound bath featuring alchemy crystal singing bowls, gongs, sacred instruments and Nirinjan's vocals. They will also share original music. Everyone is welcome, and no previous meditation or sound bath experience is necessary.

The event takes place at Yoga West on November 1, 2026, from 7 to 8:15 pm. Guests are invited to bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or other props for comfort; most guests experience the sound journey lying down. Early Bird Tickets are CAD 49.00 plus a CAD 4.52 ticket fee.
