About this event
This hands-on class teaches participants to prepare an Italian dinner, including dressing and sauces, pasta and grilled chicken. The menu lists mixed greens, candied walnuts and lemon vinaigrette; homemade pasta carbonara; pan-roasted grilled chicken, pesto and truffled orzo pasta; and white bean fricassée. The carbonara ingredients listed are eggs, pecorino Romano, Parmesan, black pepper and pancetta. Dietary needs can be considered if advised in advance.
The class is held at The Gray Olive Cafeteria. It is designed for two people, and each person must purchase a ticket; attendees must bring someone with them. Sessions run October 31, 2026, from 6 to 9 pm, and December 28, 2026, from 5 to 8 pm. The Couples Italian ticket is CAD 122.00 plus a CAD 9.26 ticket fee. For cancellations after booking, class credit is issued for a future class. No credit is given within 72 hours of the class start.
