About this event
Out of the Forest Theatre tells the Lizzie Borden story through bluegrass, murder ballads, gallows humour and vaudevillian horror. In August 1892, Andrew Borden and his wife Abby are found dead in Fall River, Massachusetts. Their daughter Lizzie is the main suspect, tried but acquitted; the story that she wielded the fatal axe makes her a notorious American figure.
Sunday, October 18, 2026, 7:30–8:40 pm, HUB Theatre, Chilliwack Cultural Centre, 9201 Corbould Street, Chilliwack, BC V2P 4A6. Presented with sponsor Emil Anderson. Contains murder themes and dark humour.
Standard seating is $45 for Tier 1, $35 for Tier 2 and $25 for Tier 3. Membership discounts are available. The exact October 18 seat map currently shows available standard seats in all three price bands. The S row is designated relaxed seating for patrons who prefer space, flexibility or quiet movement during the performance. Contact 604-391-7469 for venue inquiries.
