About this event
Visit the library for free, kid-friendly movies for children and their accompanying caregivers. This week’s film is Ratatouille (2007).
Set in one of Paris’ finest restaurants, the film follows Remy, a determined young rat who dreams of becoming a renowned chef. Drop in to attend.
The October 16 drop-in screening runs 3:30–5:15 p.m. at Renfrew Branch.
Remy is torn between his family’s wishes and his calling; with his friend Linguini, he sets in motion a comic chain of events across Paris. Seating is limited and first come, first served. The film is listed as G-rated and 111 minutes long, although the library schedules this event for 3:30–5:15 p.m. Confirm the finish time with Renfrew Branch at 604-257-8705 or info@vpl.ca.
The screening takes place in the Meeting Room, with dim lighting and loud sound. Sensory kits with fidget toys and ear defenders are available. For access needs, email childrens.teens@vpl.ca; see the branch accessibility page for physical-access details.
