Matcha & Yoga Sundays

Each session includes a 45-minute guided yoga practice with restorative postures, followed by a complimentary matcha drink. The class welcomes people who are new to yoga as well as those looking to deepen their self-care routine. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and comfortable clothing. Each class has only four spots.
Sessions run from 1 to 2 pm on Sundays, November 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29, and December 6, 2026. The location is Block; the exact address will be emailed to ticket holders.
