About this event
Mamquam Spawning Trail parkrun is a free, community-led 5 km event held alongside the Mamquam River every Saturday at 9:00 am, year-round. It is open to runners, joggers, walkers, and volunteers of all ages and abilities.
The flat gravel double-loop course runs through the Mamquam Spawning Channels and offers an opportunity to explore a salmon habitat in Squamish. Register once for a barcode at parkrun.ca and bring it to receive an official timed result. Participants often gather at Cloudburst Café after the event for coffee and conversation. Please park at Canadian Tire rather than in the start-area or golf-course parking. The event is at Mamquam Spawning Trails.
The October 17 run starts at 9 a.m. at Mamquam Spawning Trails. For enquiries, contact Benjamin Sales at 604-902-3410.
Children under 11 must stay within arm’s reach of a responsible adult. One dog may be on a short handheld non-extendable lead; waist harnesses and running with both a pushchair and a dog are prohibited.
