The event runs rain or shine and includes indoor and outdoor attractions; dress for the weather. Ticket insurance can be added for one reschedule; otherwise, ticket dates and times are final. Present the QR code on arrival and at each Haunted Attraction entrance. If it cannot be scanned from a device, the FAQ recommends printing the ticket at home. Most groups can complete each attraction within 15 minutes, though wait times vary by slot and may increase on busy nights. Fast Pass or VIP Immediate Access can reduce waits. Tickets are non-refundable; ticket insurance allows one reschedule if the holder cannot attend the original date.
