About this event
Michael and Leah lead this collaborative experience combining intentional, trauma-informed breathwork with the live sounds of crystal singing bowls. Participants can take part at their own pace; there is nothing to force or achieve.
The event runs Sunday, November 1, 2026, from 5 to 7 pm at CREŌ ART STUDIO. Mats, cushions, blankets and pillows are provided. Please bring a water bottle, a journal and anything else that will help you feel comfortable. Tickets are CAD 88.00 plus a CAD 0.00 ticket fee.
