The General tier is sold out. All admission tickets include panels, vendor and merchandise areas, access to photo and autograph areas, and the Memorial Hall display. Additional photos, autographs and meet-and-greets are purchased separately; a photo included in a ticket tier remains included.
Extras with Ess, Arlen, Jessica, Lyne, Taylor, Ashley, Emilie and Amalia are on sale. Each meet-and-greet lasts 30 minutes with up to 15 other fans, includes group questions and a candid group photo with the cast member. Remaining extras may be sold at the merchandise counter during the weekend. The convention page says PayPal Only.
The separate Mess Hall Happy Hour costs USD175 plus fees. The first alcoholic or soft drink is included; cards, Uno and board games are available. An official photographer takes candid, small-group and full-group photos to be shared after the event. Personal photos and recordings, including AI smart glasses, are prohibited.
A separate filming-location bus tour runs Friday, October 16, 9 a.m.–2 p.m., for USD25 plus fees, and requires valid convention admission. Tickets are limited; bus accessibility is limited, with wheelchairs stored in the luggage hold. Stops cover Place of the Great Blue Heron (Fort Salem, including Alder’s office, Circe Barracks and Operations Office; currently drive-through only, building access unconfirmed), Matteo’s Gelato (Edwin’s scenes with Tally, Raelle and Scylla; a conversation with filming-era staff is hoped for), and Sundance Pub and Inn (the Two Rivers Roadhouse).
Memorial Hall includes props and costumes lent by Jessica Sutton, Taylor Hickson, Arlen Aguayo Stewart and Emilie Leclerc. Attendees may bring their own items from the show; further display details are forthcoming.
