About this event
Bring your own smartphone, tablet, laptop, or e-reader, along with your technology questions, for one-on-one assistance from Tech staff at the library. No registration is required; sign in on the sheet posted on the Collaboratory window when you arrive.
This first-come, first-served program provides each participant with up to 20 minutes of one-on-one help. Staff cannot repair or troubleshoot computer hardware, remove viruses or malware, assist with online banking or shopping transactions, recover device passwords, or coach participants on advanced software, tasks, or uncommon industry-specific software.
