An instructor-led online conversation group for newcomers and immigrants to practise workplace English through small-group discussions and conversations with community guest speakers. Suitable for intermediate English learners at LINC level 4 or higher.

About this event
This instructor-led online conversation group helps newcomers and immigrants practise workplace-relevant English. Participants will meet other newcomers and community guest speakers, take part in small-group discussions, and build conversation skills. It is suitable for intermediate English learners at LINC level 4 or higher.
Sessions run online from 6 to 8:30 pm on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, October 5–29, via Impact North Shore Zoom. Indicate your interest by signing up online at go.impactnorthshore.ca/ecc-wkpl-intermediate-2026. Seats are limited, and only shortlisted eligible clients will be invited. Participants must be registered clients of Impact North Shore; priority is given to permanent residents, protected persons, and Convention Refugees.
