Surrey Police seek public help locating missing woman

Surrey Police Service (SPS) issued a release last night, Oct. 17, seeking the public’s help to locate Candace Victoria Shepherd. She was last seen in Delta on Oct. 4, though SPS says she is a frequent visitor to the Surrey area.

SPS says Shepherd has not been seen or heard from since Oct. 4, and police and her family are concerned for her well-being. She is described as a 47-year-old white woman, 5 feet 6 inches tall and approximately 145 pounds, with hazel eyes. She has alopecia and wears wigs in different hair colours.

Police do not know what clothing she may be wearing and ask people to refer to the attached photos. Anyone with information about Shepherd’s whereabouts is asked to call 9-1-1 or SPS at 604-599-0502 and quote file 26-111172 (SP).
