Richmond Night Market will sell T-Rex statue and other items this weekend
The closing sale runs Friday, Oct. 2, and Saturday, Oct. 3, at the market site, with lanterns, inflatables and LED displays among the items available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Following the Richmond Night Market’s closure, a garage sale will run at the site on Friday, Oct. 2, from 2 to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 3, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. They include dragon silk lanterns, inflatables, LED displays and the iconic T-Rex statue.
“As the Richmond Night Market comes to a close, we’re beginning to release more of our event decorations and inventory for sale,” the market said on Instagram. Marketing representative Jojo Wu said many items had already sold and that the market had received many inquiries since the announcement. “We are expecting a lot of people,” Wu said.
The market closed after its lease on the property ended, as previously reported by the Richmond News. A press release described the sale as “one last chance” to take home a piece of the Richmond Night Market after 26 years of memories. The site is at 8351 River Rd.
