Township of Langley flags to fly at half-mast for Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day

Canadian, BC and municipal flags at Township of Langley facilities and parks will fly at half-mast from sunrise to sunset on Sunday, September 27, in recognition of Police and Peace Officers’ National Memorial Day.

Observed annually across Canada on the last Sunday in September, the day formally recognizes the dedication of police and peace officers who made the ultimate sacrifice while helping keep communities safe.
