Bell Performing Arts Centre will host the Alan Jackson Experience tribute show, Debi Live featuring Punjabi singer Debi Makhsoospuri, the Vancouver Symphony Orchestra’s Mozart, Sibelius & Debussy concert, and Roohani Shaam with Hans Raj Hans. The VSO concert begins at 4 p.m. Sept. 20 and opens the orchestra’s 2026-27 Surrey Sundays series.

Royal Canadian Theatre Company will stage the musical comedy Murder For Two at Surrey Arts Centre from Sept. 25 to 27. Clayton Coffee House continues to offer a monthly performance opportunity for poets, musicians, improvisers and comedians.

All 18 Surrey fire halls will hold a Fire Open House from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20. Visitors can meet firefighters, see fire trucks, watch equipment demonstrations and try firefighting activities. The city says halls will remain operational and staff may be called to emergencies before or during the event.

Other listings include the Harvest Fair at Historic Stewart Farm and Totest Aleng from noon to 4 p.m. Sept. 19, the Surrey Urban Farmers Market each Saturday through early October at Royal Kwantlen Park, and the 16th International South Asian Film Festival, running Sept. 23 to 27 in Surrey and Vancouver under the theme Dreamscapes.

Community and recreation options include Repair Cafe sessions at Guildford Library, sensory-friendly swims at City of Surrey pools, the mobile library, and MYzone and MYgame after-school drop-in programs for children aged eight to 12. Organizers provide event-specific schedules, ticketing and registration information through their listed websites and contacts.
