High-risk offender with history of violence to live in Surrey, B.C.
Surrey Police Service says 49-year-old Jonathon Anders Muzychka will live in the city under electronic monitoring and multiple court-ordered conditions.

A high-risk offender with a history of violence and property crime is being released to live in Surrey, B.C., authorities say. Surrey Police Service issued a public interest disclosure Tuesday warning that 49-year-old Jonathon Anders Muzychka will reside in the city.
Police say Muzychka is subject to numerous court-ordered conditions and electronic monitoring. He is prohibited from leaving British Columbia or contacting the victims of his offences, and cannot consume alcohol or drugs or possess knives or other weapons.
Muzychka must observe a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., police said. He also cannot leave his residence for more than 24 hours without written permission from his probation officer.
Police describe Muzychka as a designated high-risk offender with a history of violence against people and property crime. He is described as a white man, 6-foot-1 with a medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes and facial hair.
Anyone who sees Muzychka breaching his release conditions is asked to call 911 immediately.
