VPD seeks dangerous offender wanted Canada-wide
Vancouver police are asking the public to call 911 with sightings or information about Kenneth Nolan Kirton, who failed to return to his halfway house July 22.

Vancouver Police are asking for the public’s help locating Kenneth Nolan Kirton, a convicted sex offender who is wanted Canada-wide after failing to return to his halfway house on July 22.
Police say Kirton, 59, had been living in a Downtown Eastside halfway house after his release under a 10-year long-term supervision order. He signed out and did not return. He has been designated a dangerous offender.
Kirton is described as five feet four inches tall and about 135 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. Police say he may be wearing a tan button-up shirt, light blue shorts and white runners. He has several tattoos, including a skull on his right forearm, and a scar on his left cheek.
Anyone who sees Kirton or knows where he is is asked to call 911 immediately.
