Surrey council to vote on custodial-supplies contract for civic facilities
Surrey council will consider awarding A&G Supply Ltd. a $1,010,763.76 custodial-supplies contract, with spending capped at $1,111,840.14.

Surrey council is set to consider a recommendation Monday to award A&G Supply Ltd. a contract to provide custodial supplies for participating City facilities. The recommended contract is valued at $1,010,763.76, with a spending limit of $1,111,840.14.
Laurie Cavan, the City’s general manager of parks, recreation and culture, said the supplies would serve Parks, Recreation & Culture facilities, Surrey Fire Service facilities, Civic Facilities and Surrey Libraries. Covered locations include indoor pools, arenas, recreation centres, arts and culture buildings, outdoor park washrooms, fire halls, library branches, City Hall and civic administrative spaces.
City hall received nine submissions. Cavan said the evaluation team unanimously concluded that A&G Supply Ltd. has the capacity to do the work.
