Croissant Crawl set to return to Surrey
The fifth Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl runs Sept. 25 to Oct. 4, with two Surrey businesses among 37 Lower Mainland vendors offering limited-edition pastries.

The Metro Vancouver Croissant Crawl returns for its fifth year from Sept. 25 to Oct. 4, inviting participants to take a self-guided tour of 37 Lower Mainland vendors offering limited-edition croissants. Two Surrey businesses are taking part.
Fresh St. Market's Fleetwood Surrey and Panorama Surrey locations will offer a crème brûlée croissant. Organizers say the all-butter pastry is filled with French Bavarian cream and finished with torched sugar for a crisp caramelized crust. The croissants are baked daily and available at both locations.
Sweet Revenge Bakery & Cafe will offer a sweet corn croissant inspired by Korean corn cheese, made with corn custard cream, corn chiffon, shredded cheese and grilled corn. The bakery will also serve Croissant Cloud Cold Brew, a nitro cold brew topped with butter croissant foam, Maldon salt and a small croissant. A matcha version will also be available.
Organizers say walk-in quantities will be limited at most locations and recommend pre-ordering where available. This year's event also introduces a curated list of Taste-Off challenges, pairing participating vendors through shared featured ingredients.
Alex Kim, chef and co-owner of Five Sails Restaurant, and Carson Ting, official FIFA World Cup 2026 artist and chairman of Ting Founder, will select the Most Creative Croissant. Participants can print a passport from the event website, collect stamps at each stop and enter for a chance to win “croissant cash.” Online voting will determine the Fan Favourite Flavour.
The crawl has expanded to Langley this year, with three participating vendors. The event website and Instagram account have the full vendor map, flavour lineup and further information.
