Charge approved after break-in at Chinatown business
A 28-year-old man has been charged after police say a window was smashed at a business near Georgia Street and Gore Avenue and the suspect entered the building.

Crown counsel has approved one charge of break-and-enter at a commercial business following an arrest in Vancouver’s Chinatown area, Vancouver Police said.
Police responded shortly after 7 a.m. to a report of a broken window near Georgia Street and Gore Avenue. An employee reported seeing a man smash the window and enter the premises.
Officers searched the building after reviewing video that led them to believe the suspect remained inside. A witness then reported seeing a man matching the description on a second-storey fire escape.
Police arrested Raymond Chan, 28, without incident. He is charged with one count of break-and-enter.
