White Rock Sea Festival Marks Diamond Anniversary with 75th Annual Celebration, August 1-2, 2026

The City of White Rock is proud to celebrate the 75th Diamond Anniversary of the White Rock Sea Festival on July 31, August 1 & 2, 2026. Join us along the city's iconic waterfront for an unforgettable weekend of sun, surf, and family-friendly entertainment. Start off the festival weekend with a free outdoor movie night on Friday, July 31 , presented by the White Rock BIA and Fresh Air Cinema. The featured film, Hoppers, will be shown at the Bayview Lots west of Oxford Street at approximately 9 p.m. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early, bring a lawn chair, grab popcorn from the concession, and enjoy the community atmosphere before the festival celebrations begin. On Saturday, August 1 through Sunday, August 2, the White Rock Sea Festival features an exciting lineup of activities, performances, and entertainment across three activation zones at the White Rock Pier, Memorial Park, and Bayview Park. Musical performances in Memorial Park, sponsored by White Rock Honda, include Saturday night headliner NTWINE, delivering a high-energy blend of R&B, pop, and powerhouse performances. Sunday night features Totally Twain, performing hits from Canadian country star, Shania Twain. The Torchlight Parade will illuminate Marine Drive on Saturday evening. Beginning at 8:30 p.m. near Oxford Street, the parade will travel along the waterfront before concluding at Semiahmoo Park. Festival-goers can also enjoy the crowd-favourite Waiters Race at Memorial Park before the parade starts. Car enthusiasts can enjoy a new addition to the White Rock Sea Festival on Sunday, August 2, with the Hot Rodz Car Show and Award Ceremony running from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bayview Lots west of Oxford Street. Awards will be presented at 3 p.m. The festival concludes on Sunday, with a spectacular fireworks display at 10:00 p.m. Visitors can enjoy the show from anywhere along the waterfront.
