Port Moody gives notice of planned leases for four future parkland properties

The City of Port Moody has issued public notice that it intends to lease four city-owned residential properties in Moody Centre that were purchased in 2026 for future parkland expansion.

The properties are at 2505, 2509, 2513 and 2517 St. George St. The proposed leases for 2509 and 2513 St. George St. are for seven months, with an option to move to month-to-month terms. The proposed lease for 2517 St. George St. is for three months, also with an option for a month-to-month term.

The notice is issued under sections 26(3) and 94 of the Community Charter. The city says it is for public disclosure only and is not a solicitation of offers.
