Noemi Victorino seeks a Surrey council seat with a focus on residents, business growth and transparency
The Surrey Connect candidate says she would prioritize listening and responsive representation, support local businesses and jobs, and keep residents informed and involved in council decisions if elected.

Noemi Victorino is running for Surrey City Council with Surrey Connect. She describes herself as an experienced public-service and non-profit leader, and says she would bring experience, integrity and a strong community voice to council.
Her three priorities are putting residents first, supporting business and economic growth, and strengthening transparency and accountability. She says she would listen to residents, understand their needs and provide responsive representation; support local businesses, attract investment, create jobs and strengthen Surrey’s economy; and lead openly while keeping residents informed and involved in decisions.
If elected, Victorino says she would be accessible, hear concerns directly and follow through on issues affecting residents’ daily lives. She would regularly engage with neighbourhoods, businesses and community organizations so diverse voices are heard and reflected in council decisions. She sums up her approach as “show up, listen, act,” and says she would remain accountable to the people she represents.
Victorino says her qualifications include extensive public-service leadership, non-profit experience and community involvement, along with a commitment to listening, accountability, good governance and responsive representation.
