Coquitlam launches online platform for council and committee meeting information
Starting Sept. 25, residents can use the city’s redesigned eAgenda platform to find meeting materials, search content, watch live and archived meetings, and browse on mobile devices.

The City of Coquitlam has launched a new online platform for council and committee meeting information. The eAgenda platform provides agendas, minutes and supporting documents through a redesigned interface. Residents can watch current and past meetings, search meeting content and access the information on a desktop computer, tablet or mobile device. The city says the launch is part of its ongoing work to improve public access to information and digital services.
Beginning Sept. 25, visitors to the Agendas and Meetings section of the city’s website will see a new look and updated features. These include new streaming technology for watching council online, easier navigation among agendas, minutes and supporting documents, improved search tools and enhanced accessibility features. The site is responsive for mobile devices and provides access to current and archived council and committee records.
The city says agendas, reports and meeting records help residents understand how decisions are made and stay informed about community issues. The eAgenda platform is intended to strengthen access to those materials while providing a user-friendly, reliable experience. Residents can continue to find council and committee information, watch live meetings and view archived recordings at coquitlam.ca/CouncilMeetings.
