BC Ferries finds owner of pink stuffed donkey Churro
BC Ferries says a pink stuffed donkey found aboard the Salish Raven has been reunited with its young owner after a social-media search drew thousands of shares.

BC Ferries says it has found the owner of Churro the Burro, a pink stuffed donkey discovered aboard the Salish Raven on Thursday, July 16.
The ferry operator had asked the public for help identifying the owner, saying the toy may have been left behind on an afternoon sailing from Swartz Bay to the Southern Gulf Islands. Posts showing Churro sightseeing, eating soft serve and visiting areas of the vessel drew widespread attention online.
On July 20, BC Ferries said the toy belongs to five-year-old Alfie. His grandmother bought the pink donkey for him in Mexico, and the company said it was planning a reunion this week.
