A&W Rewards members can claim free root beer floats Aug. 6

A&W is offering free root beer floats at stores across Canada on Aug. 6 for National Root Beer Float Day.

The offer is available only to A&W Rewards members through the A&W mobile app. Customers must download the app, create an account and redeem the offer through its offers section, either by ordering ahead or scanning in a restaurant.

A minimum purchase of $2 before tax is required. The promotion follows A&W’s return of root beer floats to Canadian stores for the summer.
