Notice issued for disposition of abandoned personal property
Furniture, clothing, electronics and other belongings formerly at a Langley residence may be disposed of unless a claimant acts within 30 days of being served notice.
A notice has been issued regarding abandoned personal property associated with Wendy Lynne Holman. The items were formerly located at #18-20559 86 Avenue, Langley, BC V2Y 3V1.
The property includes furniture, clothing, electronics, kitchenware, boxed household goods and other residential belongings, excluding personal-value property. The landlord, Jessy Smolko-Mujagic, of 20475 86 Avenue, Langley, BC V2Y 0X4, will dispose of the property unless the notified person takes possession, establishes a right to possession, or applies to the court to establish that right within 30 days after the notice is served.
