Noel Surrey will return to the Cloverdale Fairgrounds for its third annual holiday celebration, running daily from Nov. 27 to Dec. 29. This year’s event is billed as “Noel Surrey with the Magic of Bright Nights” and will be open from 3 to 9:30 p.m. It will be closed Nov. 30 and Dec. 1, 8, 24 and 25.

Bright Nights, the largest annual fundraiser for the B.C. Professional Firefighters Burn Fund, will again be incorporated into Noel Surrey. A portion of every ticket sold will support the fund. Organizers describe the event as the Lower Mainland’s largest indoor-outdoor holiday festival, with more than one million lights, rides, holiday-character visits, music and other activities. More than 60,000 people attended last year, and organizers say expanded heated indoor space will make this year’s festival bigger.

A new 9,000-square-foot heated Snow Barn will offer Santa photos, a holiday bar, a lounge, additional washrooms and an expanded Christmas Market with more than 20 local vendors. The Cloverdale Agriplex will again become Noel Village, with a Bavarian Plaza, Jack Frost’s Bar, Noel Village Bar, Winter Spice Kitchen, food trucks, a dining hub and fire pits.

Admission includes Bright Nights, photos with Santa and the Green and Grumpy One, Snow Sisters meet-and-greets and singalongs, unlimited Ferris wheel rides, unlimited Candy Cane Slide rides for ages six to 12, an illuminated playground, live music and dance, face painting, balloon twisting, crafts and Rudolph’s Ranch Ride-On-Reindeers for ages two to six. Parking is free. Ticket holders can transfer tickets or exchange them for another date or time slot without a limit, provided the change is made at least eight hours before the original booking.

Youth aged seven to 18 and seniors aged 65 and older pay $18 to $23.37, while adult tickets cost $24 to $31.55, before taxes. Children six and under are free. A 20 per cent presale discount began at 10 a.m. Sept. 22 and ends at 10 p.m. Sept. 23; purchasers can use code “BRIGHT.” Tickets are available at noelfestival.com. The fairgrounds are at 17905 62nd Avenue in Surrey, and a new Noel Surrey 2026 map is expected to be posted on the website soon.
