Former B.C. psychologist faces six-month suspension on any relicensure
A B.C. health-professions regulator ordered a six-month suspension for former psychologist Grant Raymond Bogyo if he is relicensed, finding concerns about competence and professional conduct.

The College of Health and Care Professionals of B.C. has ordered a six-month suspension for former psychologist Grant Raymond Bogyo, to take effect if he seeks and receives future relicensure.
The college began investigating Bogyo after receiving a complaint in late February 2025. He consented to the order last month, and it was recently published online. The college's directory shows his licence expired Dec. 31, 2025 and was not renewed.
According to the order, the investigation committee found Bogyo failed to exercise appropriate professional judgment, ensure accurate professional communications, stay within the available information and scope of practice, and appropriately manage his role in matters involving custody and access proceedings.
The order does not describe the underlying incident or incidents. If relicensed, Bogyo must also complete the PROBE: Ethics and Boundaries Program at his own expense within six months.
