A 37-year-old Surrey man has been charged following an investigation into alleged online child exploitation, Surrey Police Service says.
Investigators began looking into reports in May 2025 concerning alleged possession and accessing of child sexual abuse and exploitation material. Police executed a search warrant at a Surrey home in August 2025 and say they found more than 14,000 images and videos.
Charges of possessing and accessing child sexual abuse and exploitation material were approved last week, police said. The man was arrested Aug. 6, released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 27.
