Vancouver police seek two potential witnesses in CRAB Park homicide

The Vancouver Police Department (VPD) has released surveillance video in its investigation of the Sept. 23 homicide of Victor Charles McIntyre and is asking the public to help identify two potential witnesses.

The first video shows a woman walking near Main and East Cordova streets in the early hours of Sept. 23. She is wearing a yellow long-sleeved shirt, green pants and burgundy shoes. The second video shows a man at Columbia and Keefer streets. He is wearing a black jacket over a red-and-blue shirt with white lettering, black pants and white shoes, and carrying a longboard.

Const. Megan Lui says investigators believe the two people may have information that could assist the ongoing homicide investigation. The VPD asks the man or woman, or anyone who knows them, to contact police immediately.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Vancouver Police Homicide Unit at 604-717-2500.
