Sky House in Metrotown nearing Metro Vancouver height record
Concord Metrotown's 65-storey Sky House is expected to become Metro Vancouver's tallest building within weeks and top out at 228 metres in late October 2026.

Sky House, the tallest of three towers in Concord Pacific's first phase at Metrotown, is expected to surpass Two Gilmore Place within weeks and become Metro Vancouver's tallest building.
The 65-storey tower is projected to top out at 748 feet, or 228 metres, in late October 2026. That would put it 40 feet above the 708-foot Two Gilmore Place in Burnaby's Brentwood neighbourhood, which took the regional height record in 2023.
Construction on the first phase began in early 2022 and full completion is expected in 2027. The project includes 45- and 33-storey companion towers, about 1.2 million square feet of space and roughly 1,400 strata homes, including 662 in Sky House.
The shared podium will include a 66,000-square-foot Sky Park with a pool, play areas, fitness space, gardens, a dog park and a 400-metre walking and running loop. It will also have 6,000 square feet of indoor amenity space. The development was designed by Arcadis.
