High-risk offender Skylar Wayne Pelletier to reside in Surrey
Surrey Police Service says Skylar Wayne Pelletier, a high-risk offender with a history of violent and sexual offences, will live in Surrey under court-ordered conditions and electronic monitoring.

Surrey Police Service has issued a public interest disclosure advising that Skylar Wayne Pelletier, a designated high-risk offender, will be residing in Surrey. Police say the 26-year-old Indigenous man has a history of violent and sexual offences against people, including offences against females.
Pelletier is described as 6 feet 2 inches tall with a heavy build, short black hair and brown eyes. He is subject to a court order requiring him to live at a location approved by his bail supervisor and prohibiting direct or indirect contact with previous victims or their family members.
The order also bars him from coming within 300 metres of known residences, workplaces or educational facilities of victims or witnesses in offences for which he has been convicted. He must not go within two blocks of the 2500 block of Woodland Drive in Vancouver.
Pelletier may not consume, purchase or possess alcohol, drugs or other intoxicating substances, and may not possess drugs other than prescribed medication. He may not possess knives except when immediately needed to prepare or consume food, or possess weapons as defined by the Criminal Code. He must observe a 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew unless his bail supervisor grants prior permission.
He will be subject to electronic monitoring. Surrey Police Service's Major Crime Unit will continue to monitor him, and police ask anyone who sees him breaching his release conditions to call 9-1-1 immediately.
