High-risk offender Jonathon Anders Muzychka to reside in Surrey
Surrey Police Service has issued a public interest disclosure as Jonathon Anders Muzychka, a high-risk offender with a history of violence and property crime, is set to live in Surrey under court-ordered conditions.

Surrey Police Service has issued a public interest disclosure advising that Jonathon Anders Muzychka, a designated high-risk offender with a history of violence toward people and property crime, will be residing in Surrey.
Muzychka is a 49-year-old White man, 6 feet 1 inch tall, with a medium build, short brown hair, brown eyes and facial hair or stubble. He is subject to a court order requiring him to keep the peace and be of good behaviour; live at a residence approved by a probation officer; and obtain prior written permission from a probation officer before changing that residence or being away from it for more than 24 hours.
He must remain in British Columbia unless the court gives prior written permission for him to leave the province. He is barred from direct or indirect contact with victims of offences for which he was convicted and known members of their immediate families, and from coming within 300 metres of their known homes, workplaces or educational facilities, as well as those of witnesses and their immediate families.
The order also requires electronic monitoring and compliance with the electronic supervision agreement, including wearing and caring for the equipment. Muzychka has a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. He must not consume or possess alcohol or controlled substances, possess any weapon as defined in the Criminal Code, directly or indirectly, or possess knives.
Surrey Police Service's Prolific Offender Unit will continue monitoring him. Police ask anyone who sees him breach his release conditions to call 9-1-1 immediately.
