About this event
This guided sound bath takes place inside a starlit sauna. Soothing frequencies and gentle movement are intended to help release tension, calm the mind and reconnect participants with their bodies. Throughout the session, participants cycle between the sauna heat and refreshing cold plunges to awaken the senses, support recovery and regulate the nervous system.
No experience is necessary. Move at your own pace, breathe deeply and take in the combination of sound, heat, cold and mindful movement. The session runs on October 20, 2026, from 4:30 to 5:45 pm in Langley.
