Maple Ridge recovery organization launches ongoing bottle drive
Fraser Valley Addictions & Recovery Hub is collecting Return-It refunds year-round to support housing, recovery, mental-health and food-distribution programs.

Maple Ridge-based Fraser Valley Addictions & Recovery Hub has launched an ongoing bottle drive through Return-It to support its programs for people affected by addiction, mental-health challenges, housing instability and food insecurity.
Residents can use Return-It Express locations to return eligible beverage containers and direct the refund to FVARH. Founder and executive director Aida Tajbakhsh said the campaign is intended to offer an easy way for community members to support the organization throughout the year.
The registered charity provides transitional housing, addiction and mental-health supports, counselling, outreach, food distribution, recovery programming and connections to medical care. It relies on grants, donations, fundraising, partnerships and volunteers. More information is available at www.fraservalleyaddictions.org.
